We’ve Got Answers

As you walk the gluten-free/wheat-free path, you’re bound to have questions. That’s why we developed our “Ask Us” service. With nearly a decade of experience living the gluten-free life (Gina) and nearly 40 years’ experience as an immunologist (Gerald), we bring an unusual set of problem-solving skills. We can help you:

Check our FAQs first. We’re always adding new questions/answers based on your input. If you can’t find an answer in our FAQs, ask us your questions. We’re available if you need us, and we welcome your inquiries. If we don’t feel qualified to answer them, we’ll tell you, upfront, and direct you to other resources. 

How It Works

For telephone appointments –

1.

Email us your questions/concerns at info@glutenfreefork.com and tell us the best times of day for you to talk with us.

2.

We’ll review your questions and email a response explaining whether we feel qualified to answer them. If we don’t, we’ll tell you, upfront, and direct you to other resources. If we feel we can answer your question(s), we’ll suggest the amount of time needed for us to adequately cover the topic(s) – typically 10 minutes to 1 hour. Most questions can be answered in 10 to 15 minutes. If you’re certain you’ll only need a fixed amount of time, we can easily set the appointment for that number of minutes.

3.

Via email, we’ll agree on a convenient appointment time for you to call us.

4.

Before your appointment, we’ll send you an email invoice through PayPal. You can pay (see our fee scale below) with a personal check, a credit card, or PayPal.

At your specified appointment time, call us at: 970 482-9091. Please call on time. If you are late, we may have to cancel your appointment to accommodate other callers. If we have to cancel your appointment, you may not receive a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If we have not received payment by your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and you’ll have to schedule a new appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If we do not receive 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we may not refund payment.

·

Please complete the liability waiver, sign it, and email it, mail it, or fax it to us before your appointment. See address and fax info in Contact Us. If we do not receive the signed liability waiver in time, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and you’ll have to schedule a new appointment.

Convert a recipe to gluten-free

$7 to $25, depending on complexity

For recipe conversion –

1.

Email us with your recipe-conversion request.

2.

We’ll review your recipe(s) and email a response explaining whether we feel we can convert the recipe(s). If we can’t, we’ll tell you, upfront. If we feel we can convert your recipe(s), we’ll tell you how much we think it will cost to convert each recipe – from $7 to $25 each – and when you can expect to receive the converted recipe(s).

3.

When you specify which recipes you want converted, we’ll send you an email invoice through PayPal. You can pay (see our fee scale above) with a personal check, a credit card, or PayPal.

4.

When we receive payment, we will begin working on the recipe conversions and email them back to you according to the schedule we agreed upon.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Because of the nature of gluten-free products, we cannot promise that the gluten-free-converted recipe will taste exactly like the recipe you made with gluten-containing grains. But, we’ll do our best to preserve texture and flavor, as you remember it.
